A boat without oars
Leaves the noisy shore...
The river is clear.

Behind the forest
The stone of anxiety falls
Into a deep well.

A light breeze
Sweeps the dust of the road
The step becomes lighter.

On the balcony
A cup of cold tea
A warm mind.

Yesterday’s bag
Heavy on the shoulder
Drop it... and look at the sky.

A lotus flower
Floating on the mud
Indifferent whiteness.

Breaking waves
Wash away the sand tracks
The coast is peaceful.

Between the cracks
The grass of contentment grows
Without a sound.

A bird left the cage
Never looked back
The space is vast.

Tree shadows
Do not fight the light
Absolute silence.

Une barque sans rames
Laisse la rive bruyante...
La rivière est limpide.

Derrière la forêt
La pierre de l'angoisse tombe
Dans un puits profond.

Un vent léger
Balaye la poussière du chemin
Le pas se fait léger.

Sur le balcon
Une tasse de thé froid
L’esprit est serein.

Le sac d'hier
Pèse sur l'épaule
Pose-le... et regarde le ciel.

Une fleur de lotus
Flotte sur la boue
Blancheur indifférente.

Le ressac des vagues
Lave les traces du sable
La côte est paisible.

Entre les fissures
Pousse l'herbe du contentement
Sans aucun bruit.

L'oiseau a quitté la cage
Sans un regard en arrière
L'espace est immense.

L'ombre des arbres
Ne lutte pas contre la lumière
Silence absolu.

قاربٌ بلا مجاديف
يتركُ الضفةَ الصاخبة
النهرُ صافٍ.

خلفَ الغابة
يسقطُ حجرُ القلق
في بئرٍ عميقة.

ريحٌ خفيفة
تكنسُ غبارَ الطريق
الخطوةُ أخفّ.

على الشرفة
فنجانُ شايٍ بارد
والبالُ دافئ.

حقيبةُ الأمس
ثقيلةٌ على الكتف
ألقِها.. وانظر للسماء.

زهرةُ لوتس
تطفو فوقَ الوحْل
بياضٌ لا يبالي.

انكسارُ الموج
يغسلُ آثارَ الرمال
الساحلُ هادئ.

بينَ الشقوق
ينمو عشبُ الرضا
بلا ضجيج.

عصفورٌ غادرَ القفص
لم يلتفتْ خلفَه
الفضاءُ رحب.

ظلالُ الشجر
لا تتصارعُ مع الضوء
سكونٌ تام.
