Conversagent's advanced escalation feature includes the delivery of session transcripts to the Live Chat agent. شكرا لك أخي أشرف ، حسب ما أعلم فإن هذه الإيميلات يمكن اضافتها إلى قائمة الاتصال في الماسنجر .. ويمكنك التحدث معها وسؤالها عن معلومات وهي تجيبك أوتوماتيكيا ...

خسارة أنه لم يتم عمل واحد باللغة العربية ، وإن كنت أتصور أنه لن يكون سهلا من ناحية البرمجة ..

كما أن "المحتوى" الموجود على الإنترنت باللغة العربية قليل أصلا ، وبالتالي فسيكون من الشاق على البرنامج أن يجد اجابة للسؤال باللغة العربية للأسف ..

بالنسبة للبرمجة فهي تحتاج الى حواسيب ذات قدرة فائقة (العدد الهائلمن الشغالين على الخدمة) و ذاكرة كبيرة و......
المهم لا يمكن لشخص معين ان يبرمج واحدة و هذه الخدمة تحتكرها الشركات الكبرى ك microsoft, msn,...
