(Surah An-Nahl: The Bees)

Divine word to bees,

Homes carved within the mountains,

Healing in the honey.

Steeds and sturdy mules,

Adornments for the journey,

Endless gifts of grace.

Rains begin to fall,

Reviving the barren land,

Greenery in bloom.

Warmth in woven wool,

Livestock yielded to the hand,

Bounties overflow.

Generous the sea,

Fresh meat and hidden jewels,

Treasures from the deep.

Anchors of the earth,

Mountains standing firm and tall,

Lest the ground should shake.

Between blood and waste,

Emerges the purest milk,

Joy for those who drink.

Shadows and retreats,

Peace within the quiet homes,

Mercy from above.

Justice and the gift,

Turning from the path of vice,

Light of holy guide.

Covenant and trust,

Truth within the honest scale,

Triumph of the soul.

Heart of pure devotion,

Abraham, a nation’s soul,

Grateful for the gifts.

Gifts that never end,

Through our deeds and gratitude,

Praise be unto God.

Pelages de chaleur,

Troupeaux soumis à l'homme,

Le bien abonde.

Onde généreuse,

Chair fraîche et perles,

Trésor enfoui.

Piliers de la terre,

Montagnes immuables,

Pour qu'elle ne vacille.

Entre les fèces,

Le sang et le lait pur,

Délice pour qui boit.

Ombre et refuge,

Paix au cœur des foyers,

Grâce divine.

Justice et don,

Loin de la turpitude,

Lumière de guidance.

Pacte et patience,

Vérité dans la balance,

Abraham, une nation,

وَحيٌ لِلنّحلِ

في الجِبالِ بُيوتٌ

شَهدٌ شِفاءُ

خَيلٌ وبَغلٌ

زينةٌ لِلمسيرِ

نِعَمٌ تَترى

غيثٌ هَمى

أحيا يَبَابَ المَدى

فَزهَا الزّرعُ

أوبارٌ دِفءٌ

أنعامٌ مُذلّلةٌ

خَيرٌ يفيضُ

مَوجٌ سَخيٌّ

لَحمٌ طَريٌّ ودُرٌّ

كنزٌ مَسجورُ

وتَدُ الأرضِ

جِبالٌ راسياتٌ

كي لا تَميدَ

بينَ الفَرثِ

دمٌ وصَفَاءُ لَبنٍ

لَذّةُ الشُّربِ

ظِلٌّ وكنٌّ

في البيوتِ سكينةٌ

رَحمةُ اللهِ

عَدلٌ وبَذلٌ

نَهيٌ عنِ الفحشاءِ

نورُ الهِداية

عَهدٌ وصَبرٌ

في الميزانِ صِدقٌ

فَوزُ اليَقينْ

قَلبٌ قَانِتٌ

إبراهيمُ أُمّةٌ

شَاكرُ النِّعَمْ

دَوامُ العَطاءْ

بِالشُّكرِ والعملِ
